Introducing Fit After 40!

In our premier episode of Fit After 40, hosts Chris and Tony discuss what this podcast is all about: providing practical tips and advice for achieving your health and fitness goals,

whether that’s your first 5k, or an ultramarathon;

whether you want to bike a century, or just bike to lunch!

In the future, we'll be inviting athletes and adventurers to share their stories and inspiration! In this episode, as an introduction to the podcast and the hosts, Chris and Tony discuss recent events they participated in:

UnPaved PA - a bike race in Pennsylvania that was a little more intense than Chris had expected!

And, Tennessee Run for the Fallen, an annual "moving memorial" Tony participates in that supports those who lost their lives in the war on terror.

We're excited to begin this podcast journey, and learn with you all as our great line of guests teach us how to be Fit After 40 (plus or minus...)! We want to show that people 40 years and beyond can and are still getting out to accomplish amazing things.
