Chris

Chris wasn’t always a fitness enthusiast, but after a frank conversation with his doctor while still in his 20s and the accompanying prescription for his blood pressure, he knew his lifestyle had to change.

Since that time, he has become an avid hiker and cyclist, spending his free time enjoying the ample opportunity for outdoor adventure central Pennsylvania has to offer, including hundreds of miles of bike trails and hiking paths.

Chris is a certified personal trainer and cycling instructor.

Tony

Tony has always had a passion for hiking, camping, and most things outdoors.  However, it wasn’t until he decided to take his regular running from the road to the dirt that he discovered his true passion. 

Since then, Tony has been spending his time training for and running ultra-marathons from 50k’s to 100 miles.  Tony is also the mayor of the town of Kingston Springs Tennessee, where he uses his position to encourage folks to get out and take charge of their health through exercise.

In a country that suffers from epidemic levels of chronic disease we strongly believe there is an alternative to the status quo that can lead to a healthier society and more fulfilled lives!
