Vegan Meal Inspiration: Edamame Toast

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 Cup Tahini

  2. 12 Oz shelled Edamame

  3. 1/2 Ripe Avocado

  4. 1.5 TB Soy Sauce

  5. 1 Serrano Pepper

  6. 4 Garlic cloves, chopped

  7. 1 Bunch Cilantro

  8. 1 large lime, sezted and juiced

  9. Kosher Salt

  • Put Tahini, edamame, avocado, soy sauce, garlic, lime zest and juice into a food processor and blend into a chunky dip

  • Toast your favorite bread and top with dip
