Vegan Meal Inspiration: Edamame Toast
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Tahini
12 Oz shelled Edamame
1/2 Ripe Avocado
1.5 TB Soy Sauce
1 Serrano Pepper
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 large lime, sezted and juiced
Kosher Salt
Put Tahini, edamame, avocado, soy sauce, garlic, lime zest and juice into a food processor and blend into a chunky dip
Toast your favorite bread and top with dip
